A clear offer, a real price, and a plan that fits a traveling practice
Yunuen Rhi is a martial artist, scholar, and healing practitioner with an established following in several cities and online. Isuini needed the business infrastructure to match: a prioritized menu of offerings with clear pricing, a website plan, and a client funnel.

The situation
Yunuen came in knowing what was needed and asked for it directly: an offerings menu with pricing, a website architecture plan, and a client acquisition funnel with email capture, intake, and payment. The practice had many offerings, a growing audience, and a website that made both hard to find.
What we did
- Session one audited and prioritized every offering.
- Session two mapped the audiences already showing up and the channels that reach them.
- Between sessions we ran a three-week pop-up in downtown Los Angeles, with a price sheet, online booking, and social copy, to test the model in practice.
- Sessions three and four designed the funnel and the roadmap.
What changed
Isuini now has a confirmed direction, a pricing table, a website audit and architecture, a six-month roadmap sized to fit a travel calendar, and a partner one-pager and print brochure. The pop-up booked treatment sessions within two weeks and became a template the practice can repeat.
Most of us have a marketing problem. Attention is fragmented, and selling your own work while you run a practice is hard. Founders also have to learn to sequence, and to stay disciplined and realistic while they do it. We see the same tension in almost all of our clients: a large vision for the world meeting the limits of time, capacity, and capital. That is why sequencing matters so much.

From disconnected systems to an integrated operating backbone
LinkIT Local™ is a community visibility network. As the company grew, the work of bringing a partner from first inquiry to renewal lived in separate systems. We planned the work in phases and built the backbone that connects it.

From an hour of admin per booking to under 7 minutes
Taking one booking from inquiry to contract and invoice used to cost 45 to 60 minutes of hands-on work. The system now drafts the quote, follows up, and collects the signature and deposit, and a person approves each step.
