What we built,
and what changed.
Each case study shows the system we built, what changed for the organization, and what we took away from it. The websites and public tools we've built are further down the page.

From disconnected systems to an integrated operating backbone
LinkIT Local™ is a community visibility network. As the company grew, the work of bringing a partner from first inquiry to renewal lived in separate systems. We planned the work in phases and built the backbone that connects it.

From an hour of admin per booking to under 7 minutes
Taking one booking from inquiry to contract and invoice used to cost 45 to 60 minutes of hands-on work. The system now drafts the quote, follows up, and collects the signature and deposit, and a person approves each step.

A residency's operations, built to be run by its own staff
The invitation and intake system ran live for the 2023–24 cohort. The facilities system carried the island through a hurricane recovery. A staff owner was trained to build on both.
When the right answer was an off-the-shelf tool
We built a custom client portal and tested it with the team. The Nest decided that day-to-day work belonged in Asana, and we agreed. The prototype showed what the system needed to do.
Leaving a fiscal sponsor without breaking the organization
A community arts organization was preparing to leave its fiscal sponsor. We modeled what independence would cost, built the project tracker, and ran the vendor process.

A map of 280 shows, built in under a week
At a festival with more than 3,500 shows and no way to find the queer ones, we built a free interactive map and planner. It reached 1,100 visitors in its first week.

A clear offer, a real price, and a plan that fits a traveling practice
Four Clarity Sessions, part-funded by a Center for Cultural Innovation grant, produced a prioritized offerings menu with pricing, a website architecture plan, a six-month roadmap, and print collateral.
