Start the year with a system you can run.
This winter we are running three small-group programs. Each one follows the way we work with clients one-on-one: we get clear on how your business runs, bring your information into one place, and build the system with you. Enrollment opens in November, when the dates are set.
Map It, Then Build It $600 (instead of $750). Systems Retreat $2,000 (instead of $2,500), or three payments of $667. Clarity Session in three payments of $333, plus a 45-minute follow-up call. Choose Woven Business Academy in the form below and we will apply your rate.

Map It, Then Build It
Four live sessions for five to eight businesses. Leave with a map, one core workflow built, and one automation working.

Systems Retreat at LINT
Seven days in Los Angeles: daily sessions, peer feedback, shared meals, and cultural outings.

Venue Operating System
For anyone who rents out a space: inquiries, quotes, contracts, deposits, and event days in one system.
Map It, Then Build It
For creative businesses and small teams where the work depends on one or two people and too many tools.

Systems Retreat at LINT
Seven days in Los Angeles for five to eight people or teams who want time away from daily operations to work on how their business runs, alongside peers.

January 25 to 31, 2027
LINT, downtown Los Angeles
$2,500 per person
In full, or three payments with the last due January 10
Five to eight people or teams
Travel and lodging
We host the retreat at LINT, the event venue we co-own and run. The group mixes two or three businesses from Los Angeles with three or four traveling in.
Each day includes a four-hour working session. Around the sessions, the group gives each other feedback, shares meals, and goes out into the city together. The week follows the same process we use with clients: clarity first, then one place for your information, then the build.
The week includes
- Daily four-hour working sessions on your own business
- Feedback from the other people in the room
- Shared meals
- Cultural outings in Los Angeles
Venue Operating System
For owners and managers of rental studios, event spaces, rehearsal rooms, and galleries that rent their space and still answer inquiries by hand.
The program is built on the system we use at LINT, where booking admin went from more than an hour to under seven minutes per booking, with a person approving every important step.

How the programs work.
Self-audit first
Everyone completes the free self-audit before the first session. It becomes your starting point.
Small groups
Five to eight businesses in each program, so every participant gets real attention. A program runs once five have enrolled.
Measured
We record a baseline in the first session and measure again 30 days after the last one, so you can see what changed.
Yours to keep
You own everything we build together. Online sessions are recorded, and you keep the recordings and templates.
Tell us which program fits.
Enrollment opens in November, when the dates are set. We will email you the dates and the enrollment link as soon as they are ready. There is no payment now.
Not sure yet? Start with the free self-audit or book a 30-minute call.
Thank you. You're on the list.
We will email you the dates and the enrollment link as soon as they are set. In the meantime, the free self-audit is the best way to get ready.
Questions we hear often.
Which program is right for me?
If you rent out a space, the Venue Operating System. If you run a creative business with a small team, Map It, Then Build It, or the Systems Retreat if you want a week in person with a group. If you are not sure, start with the free self-audit or book a call, and we will tell you.
What tools do we build in?
We build in Airtable, using the tools you already have wherever they work. You own your base and everything in it.
Can I pay in installments?
The Systems Retreat can be paid in three payments, with the last due January 10. The online programs are paid in full at enrollment.
Are travel and lodging included in the retreat?
No. The price covers the sessions, shared meals, and outings. Travel and lodging are yours to arrange.
What if I need more than a group program?
Every program ends with a clear next step. Some participants keep building on their own, and some go on to work with us one-on-one in a Clarity Session or a Build.
